Jay Williams began ministering at Non-Toxic in 1993 when he helped Dave set up the sound system and game area. He and his wife Rosemary accompanied the staff during adventure retreats. Together they make a great combination of differing perspectives which aid in fine tuning the organization. Jay's initial help was invaluable and his continual passion for youth made him a natural addition to the board. Jay is a deputy with the Rock County Sheriff's Department. Rosemary Williams due to her years on staff at Non-Toxic, has a unique perspective from which to govern and guide in decision making. She is the founder and owner of a successful retail business and understands the need to be relevant and grow in today's marketplace. As an outreach Non-Toxic must continue changing to remain on the cutting edge of success. Rosemary's commitment has been a blessing since 1993. She and Jay have six children.

Tom McShane has a passion for the needs of youth and his relational personality
is essential for ministering to adolescents. He has been in youth outreach
since 1984. Tom is married and has three children. Tom now
also DJ's every third Saturday down at the teen center just for fun.
Kyle Schliem was a teen back in 1993 when Non-Toxic
first opened its doors in Edgerton. Kyle has a real sense of
understanding the modern youth culture. He saw first hand how
adults can successfully reach out to youth and has become an invaluable link in the
chain that drives Non-Toxic. He is an indispensable part of the
adventure retreat activities and takes care of our music collection and
setting up sound and stage. Kyle is married and has two children. 
Dave Flood is the founder and president of Non-Toxic
Youth Alternatives, Inc. He acts as executive director. Dave now spends his time and energy creating a
place for teens which is dynamic, safe, supervised and secure. For the
